DRAWING EXAMPLES

architectual plans
Construction blueprints (also known as construction plans or construction drawings) are two-dimensional drawings that contain all the details that are needed for a project. These details are needed to request permits, determine the construction schedule, and eventually do the construction itself.

Every project begins with Preliminary Plans which clearly delineate the scope of the project. The final Construction Plans are not created until the Preliminary Plans are approved by the client.

We pride ourselves on detailed construction documents. The more detailed a set of construction documents are, the better the contractors can price and ultimately build the intended project. Most problems found on a construction site are due to substandard plans and specifications. This can lead to misunderstanding of the work intended by the architect and more importantly the owner. A well organized and complete set of construction documents can minimize these types of issues and will save both time and money for the client, the most important person connected to the project.
